I just returned from Superior Eye Care. The entire staff was once again super professional and helpful in every way! The doctor who completed my exam was thorough and extremely caring. The staff member who I have had the most contact with over the years is named Irena. I am immensely impressed with Irena's knowledge, experience, and professionalism. Irena has always treated me like a close family member!
The result is that once again I am extremely pleased with my new eye glasses! The service is fast, the prices are the best, and the wait time to receive new glasses is the fastest I have experienced anywhere!

Reasonable Price/Awesome Staff

I am new to the city and all I needed was new lenses for my glasses. I had gone to Lenscrafters up the street, where I waited 15 minutes to hear that I would need to pay $400-$600 (which is what the glasses and lenses I originally bought with a prescription 8 years ago cost me in the first place) PLUS they would have to send my glasses out for 2 weeks. I decided I would think about it and thank goodness I did! I walked down the street and just happened to see Superior Eye Care and went in. Irina was SO nice and not only gave me fast customer service, but I saved HUNDREDS of dollars ( I paid a little over $275) AND my glasses were ready the next day. I have really bad vision and the lenses are still the thin, high quality, anti-fog type that I needed and I love them. As long as I live here, I will recommend Superior Eye Care to everyone I know and I won't go anywhere else for my glasses or contacts. Thank you Irina :) You're the best!

Fast, Efficient Service

I lost my glasses and really needed a pair before leaving for a conference the next day. According to Google, this seemed like the only place in Chicago that could do same day glasses, so I gave it a try. $275 and 1 hour later I have new glasses I really like. There's no doubt the place is a little different than other eye places I've gone to, but for my purposes it worked. The woman who helped was super nice.
